My name is Dilan, and I am a Desktop Support Analyst at Lendscape. I am a huge F1 enthusiast and have a strong passion for cars and computing. I studied Mechanical Engineering with the hopes to specialise in automotive engineering though during the pandemic I started my own business in building custom PCs for clients with a range of different needs. This led me to start an apprenticeship at Lendscape which enabled me to get hands on professional work experience with an IT team who have supported me through my learning journey and helped me embrace every opportunity presented to me and further develop my IT skills.
After successfully completing my apprenticeship earning grade distinction, I applied for a full permanent Desktop Support position here and was successful in securing it and have been here ever since. It has now been almost 2 years since I first joined, and I have loved every second of it. The support from not only my team but from other colleagues in other areas of the business has been amazing and everyone always tries to push each other to be the best version of themselves and achieve more together.
I am constantly developing my skills and working towards progressing further in my career here at Lendscape and taking on new challenges whenever I am faced with them.
