I serve as the lead scrum master at Lendscape, where I oversee two multidisciplinary sprint teams focused on developing the new asset finance application. With over 20 years of experience in delivering IT projects, my expertise spans team leadership, business analysis, project methodologies, and programme management.
Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to various significant projects, including a bespoke FX payments platform, a commodity trading platform, and the new Lendscape asset finance application. Here at Lendscape I’ve been given the freedom, resources, and tools to make meaningful contributions, and this empowerment is true for all employees, allowing us to actively shape the company’s future.
The asset finance application project, in particular, employs the latest methodologies, technologies, and infrastructure, providing ample opportunities for skill enhancement. Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, swimming, surfing, and windsurfing. An interesting fact about me is that I was once featured in a short documentary film on surfing presented by Nick Knowles.
